Wraith Law is dedicated to representing consumers who have defective cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles and other goods in California Lemon Law matters. Wraith Law is an established law practice that was founded in 1998, by William "Bill" Wraith after being a member of one of the largest, most well-respected law firms in Orange County. Bill graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University's School of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business/Economics from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
Bill provides personal attention and guidance to his clients while obtaining for them all they are entitled under the California Lemon Law - usually a refund of money or a replacement vehicle. The Lemon Law protects those who own a car, truck, boat, RV, motor home, motorcycle, or other vehicle covered by warranty that has a history of repair problems
Bill not only has experience representing people, he has experience with manufacturers. Before dedicating his practice to representing consumers in Lemon Law claims, Bill represented vehicle manufacturers and dealers. He obtained invaluable experience about how manufacturers review Lemon Law claims and he developed important contacts in the vehicle industry.

His vehicle-based law practice has taken Bill Wraith across the State of California, and to Oregon, Wyoming, and Nevada. Bill Wraith has been involved with cases at the federal and state trial court and appellate court levels and has been involved in cases reaching the California Supreme Court.

Wraith Law accepts nearly all Lemon Law cases on a contingency fee basis. The California Lemon Law includes an attorney's fee provision, which usually requires the manufacturer to pay the fees and costs upon the successful completion of the case. There are no upfront charges.
A free online Lemon Law Review is available to anyone who believes they may own a defective vehicle. Wraith Law will review the facts to determine if we can assist. There is no charge or obligation to participate in the Lemon Law Review.
